Solis has reached an agreement with SLS to partner and transition both clients and employees from SLS to Solis. Solis will subcontract to SLS and perform all of the maintenance services for the clients remaining under SLS contract. Solis will on board these clients in phases starting in December of 2013 and completing by March 2014. Solis will also on board employees and the equipment necessary to fulfill the service commitment to these clients.

Lighting Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
- Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance in the field on lamps and ballasts.
- Replace light fixtures as needed.
- Interaction with commercial clients.
- Use ladders, lift and aerial equipment to reach light fixtures.
Position Requirements
- Candidates should have basic lighting and electrical knowledge including electrical certifications.
- Candidates must have outstanding work ethic, written and oral communication skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Must be able to regularly lift 30-40 pound loads.
- Overnight travel could be required with usually no weekend work.
- Minimum one (1) years experience in lighting & electrical maintenance.
- Licensed Electricians / certification will be given hiring preference.
- Clean DMV record – NO DUI’s.
- No criminal record – background checks will be performed.

- Schedule and manage regular safety meetings with crews.
- Gain knowledge of accounts and technicians, and make effective route scheduling suggestions.

- Schedule weekly jobs for mobile service technicians in multiple geographic regions.
- Document work performed and material used.
- Maintain multiple schedules for the technicians.
- Communicate with clients and customers.
- Effectively communicate detailed work requirements to field staff.

- Draft estimates for proposed lighting upgrades and lighting improvements.
